Qigong Classes

Moving Meditations

Qigong is perfect if you have a hard time meditating on your own.

Qigong translates into qi cultivation and is a moving meditation similar to Tai Chi. Because it’s a guided meditation, it’s easier for your mind to soften.

Each class begins with a quick check-in and an essential oil. The oils help you shift from the outer world into your inner world. Don’t worry if you don’t have the oil, you can still use the acupoint.

At the end of each class, stick around for a tarot or oracle card. This is optional and meant to be a little inspiration for your day.

All qigong classes are recorded and you have access for one week.
